This rental includes complimentary use of a golf cart. All operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Other terms and conditions apply. Please review your rental agreement for details.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 6.
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Beach Bum and Kendra are incredible! We have stayed at Oceanlakes in their houses and have NEVER been dissatisfied. They are professional, nice, the home is clean, you get great communication, and they are always available to help. We will always stay with them.

10/10 recommend! No doubt about it! Kendra is the best host, attentive, caring and super professional! On top of an amazing host, the house is perfect! So COZY and the BEST location! It felt like I was at home away from my actual home and that really meant a lot to me. We more than enjoyed it, we had nothing but great things to say and absolutely didn’t want to leave! Kendra had the house stocked for everything she promised and more and made sure we had everything we needed the whole stay! All of the surrounding neighbors were super nice and welcoming also which was a great perk. There are so many activities to do and kid/pet friendly through the whole campground as well. Myself and my family has been coming here for 20+ years and we have finally found our perfect oasis in ocean lakes! We will definitely be booking again ASAP ☺️!!!!

We rented 1654 & 1655 this week with our family! We absolutely loved staying here, we usually bring a camper but decided on trying the beach house life this year. It was quiet, and our kids enjoyed their self as they were able to have more run around room than the campsite. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great experience! Kendra is the absolute best host. She is so responsive and prompt. We had a minor issue with one of the golf carts and she brought us her personal one to use since it had to get repaired! One evening, we asked where we could put air in a golf cart tire, and her dad came over within 15 minutes to pump it up for us, since they live inside the campground. The location near the South Gate is so convenient and much less congested. Our group had a total of 11, so we loved the option for neighboring houses! We will definitely stay with her again.
