This rental includes complimentary use of a golf cart. All operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Other terms and conditions apply. Please review your rental agreement for details.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.
No smoking or vaping in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

We had a wonderful time. Kendra was a fantastic host that always answered in a timely manner when I had a question. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to do business with. We had a great experience and plan to stay with her again next year.

My family enjoyed our stay. Golf cart with rental was great, 4 houses away from being on the beach with an ocean view, and the second bedroom is bigger than the pictures show as well. We will definitely stay again when we come back next year.

We absolutely, positively loved our vacation in Ocean Lakes. Beach Bum Beach Houses is the best at meeting your needs. Our family loved the facility, the house we rented, the golf cart provided, and of course the beach. We will use Beach Bum Beach Houses again!

Absolutely great experience! We stayed in site 1050 and it’s in the perfect location you can hear the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk! House was clean and spacious for a small family! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good clean home!

OLFC house 1050. Our family loved staying here! So close to the ocean, we would sit out on the deck and drink coffee in the mornings. Plenty of space, we were able to fit two adults and three teenagers with no problems. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer. Kendra was always available when we needed her for assistance and was willing to help. Will stay in this home again.
