Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

My family and I had a wonderful time!! If anyone is looking for a great place to stay please stay here. The owners are so nice, helpful, and the best host my family has ever experienced. This is our second summer staying in the same house, and we attend on going back 😀 In my opinion if you want a great experience, and family like host then these are your folks 🩷

We rented and spent 6 months at the location. Total experience was awesome. Kendra, property manager, was always available and accommodating She demonstrated excellent customer service. We are planning to spend next winter and use Beach Bum Houses again.

We rented 1654 & 1655 this week with our family! We absolutely loved staying here, we usually bring a camper but decided on trying the beach house life this year. It was quiet, and our kids enjoyed their self as they were able to have more run around room than the campsite. We will definitely be staying here again!
