Items To Note:
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Wonderful experience booking through Beach Bums! Clean house and very responsive through whole booking process and while we were there. We had no issues and everything went smoothly! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fabulous time here and the place was awesome for my husband and myself. The cutest beachy themed decor and plenty of space, and very clean! Loved having the golf cart. Sat on the swing every morning for coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Such a sweet little home on a corner at the back of OLFC. Just enough room for me, my husband, and our sweet puppy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The host responded very quickly to any concerns and was extremely patient before and during booking. Came with a gas grill and a golf cart, both functioned exactly as we’d hoped and envisioned. Only thing we hope may be improved in the future is the bed/mattress; it was a bit uncomfortable as it’s not as soft as we’re used to, but it’s not a deal breaker. We would gladly rent from Kendra again!
