This rental includes complimentary use of a golf cart. All operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Other terms and conditions apply. Please review your rental agreement for details.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

My family stayed at 1802A. House is very spacious and complete with all amenities you’ll need for your stay. Kendra is absolutely amazing to rent from. She responds to all messages and resolves any issues immediately. I appreciate her being so helpful and kind with checking in to make sure if we needed anything throughout our stay.

We just finished our stay at 1802a with my husband and 2 kids. Everything was great, plenty of room for all of us. Any questions were answered very quickly. My parents stayed in a different house in Ocean Lakes through someone else. They had many issues that were not resolved so they were not able to enjoy their time as much . We were so thankful we went through Beach Bum Beach Houses, my parents said next time they will be using them also.

Stayed the week of Aug 3-10. Great location, nice little clean house. Kendra took great car of any needs. The golf cart started making a noise and her husband was at our house within a few minutes with their personal golf cart which really spoiled us. Quick response on getting deposit back and overall a 5 star!!!!

This was our first time visiting OLFC. We stayed in 1802A. It was very cute and worked perfectly for our little trip. Our 2 big dogs were very happy to get to go on vacation with us too. 🐕🦺🦮 The house and community is very dog friendly. The golf cart was a great extra with the house. Kendra was amazing. We wanted beach chairs and they showed up within an hour or so on the porch. She was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t cook much at the house, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. The decor in the home made it a perfect little beach house! 🏖️ Thanks for a great place to stay!

We just got back from staying at 1802 A Lovestone. The house was perfect and equipped with everything! Plenty of room for our family and a nice porch to hang out on! Kendra was amazing to work with! She made everything so easy and responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. She was even texted me in the middle of the week to make sure we were having a good time and checked to see if there was anything we needed! Wonderful experience and look forward to booking through her again! Thanks again, Kendra!

We enjoyed our stay at one of Beach Bum LLC Ocean Lakes property. Kendra was great to work with! The home was exactly as it was described, clean and in quiet area. Golf car included is a Major Bonus!! This was our first year staying in this community and we will be returning to stay with Beach Bum LLC.

We had a great week at 1802a this past week! Home was super cute and cozy. Came with just about everything we needed… missing some toiletries like toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags but we were able to go grab some from the OL store! My kids loved the bunk beds! Love that it came with a golf car- super helpful with young kiddos around the park
