Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 4
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

We stayed at 7022. Absolutely on of the best experiences in vacation. The house was clean and fully furnished. We only brought food. It was a quiet area and just a minute ride to the beach from the golf cart. Kendra was prompt to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a great place to stay and a person who is on their game, contact Kendra.

Beautiful cozy home. Beach vibes and very clean. Golf cart was nice to have. Comfortable beds and all the appliances you need. Will stay again.

Beach Bum Beach Houses and Kendra made planning our vacation so easy, and we had a wonderful time staying in Ocean Lakes! This is our 2nd year staying with BBBH and we will definitely look to them when planning for next year. Kendra was so kind and checked on us when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. She has several different houses on the website to meet your families needs.The house was beautiful and clean!!! We loved it!
